So nice that you would like to know a little more about me.
My name is Megan and I am the proud mother of a gorgeous daughter named Scottie. I am on a mission to help you become more aware of what your body is trying to tell you.
To live more from your essence and inner strength.
I’ve walked this path myself and I’m happy to share my journey with you.
My journey
From a young age, I absorbed a lot. My mind was constantly in overdrive. It was hard for me to keep up with the pace of the rest of the world.
I first started to notice this when I was in high school, and the people around me did too. After a school day, I often had to lie down for a bit without too many stimuli to completely unwind. When my hormones started acting up during puberty, I got tired even faster than before, and regularly went through bleak periods.
Thankfully, I always managed to get my diplomas. I landed a sales job in the logistics industry, a world that goes on 24/7 and where there is always something that needs to be done. This made me proud; I was able to keep up with the mainstream after all.
I had my white picket fence.
I was happy, or so I thought.
And yet, periods of extreme tiredness kept coming back. I also suffered more and more frequently from physical pain, especially in my neck and shoulders. To the point where I could no longer get out of bed. My body kept giving me signals, I now know.
After a long quest for relief, I found Body Stress Release. This helped me tremendously. The physical pain symptoms disappeared and I increasingly started to enjoy life again.
Underneath the Surface
After Scottie was born in 2019, I was hit by a heavy depression. At the time, I could hardly imagine ever coming out of this. So even though I had been working on self-care for a long time, it turned out that there were even more, deeper layers that I had to look at.
This became very apparent during this particular period and it created a turnaround in my life. It has been a process of trial and error in which I’ve learned that my body and mind are intrinsically linked.

Often something is bothering us but we don’t see what lies underneath. For me, that is precisely the power of Body Stress Release. Releasing pent-up stress layer by layer.

I can now honestly and confidently feel that I’m grateful for these experiences. The body naturally has a self-healing mechanism and always tries to function in its most optimal state. If there is something in the body that is not communicating well, it will always let you know. My biggest lesson in life has been the awareness and acceptance of this. It’s thanks to this that my life now flows much more naturally on every level.
